Cancellations & Policies

Retainers: All new clients are required to place a NON-REFUNDABLE retainer that goes toward the service on the day of your appointment. It is transferable if you reschedule within the allotted time, but not refundable. Please add your credit card to your account to book your first appointment on our Gloss Genius site.

Less than 24 hours: No shows and appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service.

We encourage notice by email or text, as we’re sometimes available outside of normal business hours through these methods of communication!

Sick Policy: If you are feeling ill for any reason, please reschedule your appointment. If you are exhibiting visible signs of illness (coughing, sneezing, runny nose), we will ask you to reschedule your appointment. Cancellations due to sickness will not be charged a fee, but will need to be rebooked at least 14 days from the date of your cancellation.

Important notes: If we did not take your fee upon booking, you will be required to pay this fee when booking a new appointment. We understand circumstances out of your control may arise which make it impossible for you to keep a scheduled appointment. This policy will be enforced when we have previously extended one or more courtesies for previous occurrences.

Refunds: We want all guests of Pret-a-Porter Salon @ CORVA SALON to love their hair. If you get home and decide you don’t like something, please reach out to the salon within 48 hours to schedule an adjustment appointment. We are happy to rectify any mistake made on our end. We always strive to do a comprehensive consultation in order to completely understand your vision, and give you the look you want. During this consultation, we also will let you know if we feel your hair has limitations, or will take more than one appointment to get to your goal. The adjustment must be scheduled within 7 days of your original date of service. Due to the extensive time + product spent during custom color appointments, we do not offer refunds.
