Barbara, our Salon Coordinator is doing a fabulous job running the front desk and managing all aspects of guest service. In addition, Krista is supporting this position. They can help you with appointments, Aveda Plus Rewards, gift certificates and Aveda retail. Please don’t hesitate to ask for assistance. They will be happy to help you. All members of our team pitch in to help when necessary to make your stay a pleasant one.
Our stylists range both in years of experience and in length of employment. Currently, we have 5 stylists, including Roz and Dan, the owners. Experience ranges from 2 years experience to the owner, Roz with 44 years in the industry.
We are happy to offer you a relaxing environment to have all of your spa treatments. We offer massage, facials, as well as a full line of nail services.
All of our stylists have been cross-trained, doing both hair cutting and coloring, to ensure that you have a new look that is cohesive and designed especially for you!
Barbara, Front Desk Coordinator
Barbara is our Front Desk Coordinator and can help you with any scheduling needs. She can answer any questions you might have about Aveda retail products, Aveda + Rewards program and our Wellness Club.
Roz Oserin, Co-Owner and Master Designer
Roz Oserin is the Co-Owner and Master Designer at Pret-a-Porter Salon & Spa. In the beauty industry for over 40 years, Roz was a color educator for an international color company for 8 years before opening her own salon. She loves razor cutting and doing multiple hilite, lowlite and base colors to create a very natural customized look which accentuates the face and eyes. She also specializes in correcting color that is not looking it’s best! From simple maintenance to a complete change, Roz will help you to look your best!

Dan Oserin – Co-Owner Senior Designer
Hair styling is a second career for Dan, and he’s been working in the field for over 21 years. He loves connecting with his clients! Dan specializes in corrective hair coloring, highlighting and hair smoothing treatments.
Krista – Assistant Designer
Krista is a newly licensed stylist and is assisting our senior designers in all facets of haircare. She loves creating hair color extremes!
Kendra – Senior Designer
Kendra has been a licensed cosmetologist for nearly a decade and specializes in 1940’s, 50’s, 60’s hairstyling, blondes, fashion colors, and cutting. She is also a makeup artist. Kendra is looking forward to working with the Pret-a-Porter Salon team and making her clients’ hair dreams come true!
Elve – Senior Designer
With over 8 years in the beauty industry, Elve specializes in haircuts, hair color, styling, facials, manicures and pedicures. She takes pride in her work and enjoys the creative process of enhancing clients’ overall look.
Patty – Certified Massage Therapist
Patty has been doing massage for over 20 years. She is experienced in several modalities and will consult with you to determine the best course of action to bring healing and relief.
Dr. Bianca C Waxlax, L.Ac., DAOM
Bianca is a Massage Therapist at Pret-A-Porter. She has been practicing massage for 17 years! She also has Doctorate Degree in Oriental Medicine and Acupuncture. She specializes, in circulatory massage, deep tissue, and Eastern modalities such as acupressure, cupping, and gua sha. She can customize a unique healing and relaxing massage for you.
Eleazar – Certified Massage Therapist
Eleazar has been living in San Diego since 2010 and has been practicing massage therapy for five years. He has worked in different sectors of the massage field (leisure, sports, wellness) and his style of bodywork is a blend of calming and therapeutic techniques that aim to add freedom of mobility to your body through deep relaxation.
Diana – Skin Care Specialist
Diana is our lead Esthetician. She has been doing skin care @ Pret for over 10 years. She is Aveda trained in all of the Signature Aveda facials to help you with all of your skin care needs. Diana loves waxing and is especially good with brow and face waxing. She has extensive knowledge about Aveda’s skin care line and can help you choose the products that are just right for your skin!
Lexi-Skin Care Specialist
Lexi has been a licensed cosmetologist for 15 years, and has always had a passion for anything beauty-related. Recently, she decided to focus on skincare as she loves doing facials. Her goal is to give you radiant results and an overall relaxing and luxurious spa experience!
Diana – Skin Care Specialist

Prèt-á-Porter Salon is a well- established part of our La Mesa neighborhood, with friendly and professional staff. The owner Roz has been taking care of my hair for almost 20 years, she is very talented and knowledgeable. I know I am always going to get honest, quality services (hair, facial, massage) from this Salon!
